Evidently, my landlord failed to pay his homeowners fees and was notified that the case would be going to court. He received court papers that if these legal fees and homeowner's fees were not paid by March 13th the house would be put up for sale. We were left a message yesterday by the
person who said he had bought the house that he would like to discuss our present lease. I contacted the person I leased the house from and he said he still owned the house and for me not to discuss anything with the "new owner". Please, I need some advice as to what to expect and if this keeps going on, who do I pay my next rent to? What about my security deposit, in the event the house has been sold or auctioned off?
