I reside in georgia. A little over a month ago a girlfriend who was going through a hard time asked me if she could come to stay in my house until she go on her feet. I told her that there was a time limit on her stay (3 months) and outlined rules and regulations. When she got here she bought her dog who has practically ruined my new shag carpet in the room she stays in. She was also told no company, she violated that several times. A week into her stay she was advised that she had 30 days and then she had to leave. Her 30 days has come and gone and she is still here. My question is can I legally put her out without fear of her suing me? She has given me no money whatsoever. We are not speaking and I'm tired of feeling uncomfortable in my own home. And tired of supporting another grown woman. There have been other infractions of the rules, including her most recently stealing from me! Please help.
