I did recieve physical custody, from the judge, by the referee's recommendation. The judge was not to happy with X keeping child away from me. The X did come with a lawyer, and I did not. Actually the X's lawyer helped my case without knowing it. Not to mention the fact the judge caught X in a few lies.:no:
I ran out of the courthouse to pick up our daughter who I had not seen since 12/17/09.:nuts
