I am a minor I got caught shoplifitng for the second time in Arlington I was with another person and they combined the total amount which was $511.00 ..even though we had different bags.. What will occur? They told me I have court and I am really scared.

You need to talk to your parents & they need to get you a lawyer. Talk only to your parents & the lawyer about this. The lawyer will go over your options with you. Quit stealing, please!

You most surely need a Lawyer. A second offense can result in jail time and VA has some of the toughest theft laws in the US. I consulted for a person who had concerns similar to yours. I advised them to take the Anti Shoplifting course offered by NASP and found on their website www.shopliftingprevention.org he then took proof of completion to court and showed Judge. Judge was so pleased with this he dismissed case on the spot! I cannot say same will happen for you but it cant hurt and can only help.
