Urgent reply to stolen property ! uk law

I advertise a laptop on eBay, you buy it, ( i don't send you one i rip you off ) i then use the money you just paid me to buy another laptop on eBay, is the the laptop i just bought a stolen one ? in a court of law ?

Sorry, I don't know any similar sites for the UK

In the US there are 50 states, plus Federal law. The answer to your question would depend on the jurisdiction. There is no universal answer.
