Hello,
I'm a sculptor and I sold one of my piece to the persons who organized the show I was participating in.
I, accidentally, saw on the social media that the same sculpture was showed in another show with other artworks for sale from different artists. They put my name, a price on it but I was not aware of it and not listed in the artists name list because I refused to participate in this show with those people 2 weeks prior.
Is it something they can do ?
