i was walking down the road this morning and i saw my son outside waiting for the bus.so i walked over to him and gave him a hug.while i was standing there i saw my 2 year old daughter hanging out the screen door with no adult supervision.so i went up to the door gave her a hug and set her back inside and made sure someone was there with her . i never crossed the threshold and have never been told i couldnt b there.not ever any domestic charges or any oders of protction.the mother wasnt even home and came home found out.then she text me and said she didnt want me there when she wasnt home.but if i wanted to come back over when she got home i could.i said no and ignored her after that then about three hours later i was charged with criminal tresspass 3rd and a tempory order of protection.she did it because i wouldnt come see her.there has been a pattern with her in the same town trying to get me in trouble and keep me from my kids.we have legal joint custody.do in have a chance to fight this?and what does me showing up announced have to do with criminal tresspass and domestic laws?i have shown up announced mamy times before and never a problem.
