Trademark Using trademarks with suck in the domain

I'm just wondering the legality of using trademarked domains with the words sucks in them. For example paypalsucks.com

They seem to say this is allowed based on consumer criticism and free speech laws.

Just because you can do it, doesn't mean you should do it. You can be sued. They'll likely lose, but to prevail, usually ends up being costly.

Tread lightly, forget that idea.
