Vacate A Judgment

I Was Issued A Judgment Against Me By Credit Card Company And Asked Them To Validate Debt And Theyy Didnt. Now I Have This On My Credit Report Also. Please Help?

Unless you can show why the judgment should be vacated to the court, e.g. it wasn't you, identity theft, etc. then the court won't vacate a judgement just because you said it's not valid without more. Why didn't you show up in court? You'll have to explain that one as well.
