My ex-husband's wife has demeaned and critisized my son for 5 years now. She has told him to ride his bicycle around the neighborhood because he is fat and sloppy. She has told him that he will not amount to anything. She has told him that she is looking at a fat little boy. She has made him pick up dog fesces out of the yard. She gives him chores do to and stands over him as he does them and tells him that he is an idiot. I have many instances and I have always confronted his Dad about it and the first couple of years his Dad would confront his wife with it and his Dad would agree with me that he knew how his wife was. But now he says that my son is lying and that his wife is not doing these things. I know she lies because she has told my ex lies about me accusing me of calling and harrassing her when she has called to harrass me. I'm not sure what to do. For years my son cries every time before he is supposed to go to his Dad's for the weekend. He cries and begs me not to make him go. This is documented in school records because he has cried so many times at school and daycare when he knows he is going to his Dad's for the weekend. What kind of proof would I need to have some kind of limited visitation set up??
