Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication violating differed sentence on mip charge. age 23

I am 23 years old and I have a differed sentence for a minor in possession charge. I had two requirements being 16 hours of community service as well as an alcohol class, both of which I did not complete. I have a return court date in 2 days and I am curious to know what to expect. Thank you for your time.

We had our crystal balls repossessed because we were unable to pay the $25/month rental fee.

I have no idea what the court will do. The court might do nothing, lecture you, fine you more money, order more community service hours, revoke you, or summarily lock you away.

I guess you'll know in a couple of days.

There's really no way for us to know. You might talk to an attorney in your area. It can depend on the judge also.
