I been charged for a misdemeanor for harboring a fugitive I did some time in jail and now I have work release with 3 year summary probation. I was wondering if I miss a day of work release what would the jail time be? I have 119 days of work release left is that how much I need to be in jail? If you're SMART, don't even think about missing an hour. Fix your life, get the gorilla off your back. But, the ones to ask are your lawyer, your PO, or the probation authority that supervises (or supervised) your case. You might also inquire if the jail officials that house you.
