Violation Of An Order Of Protection

I'm involved in a legal battle over my Aunt's inheritance. My sister took out an order of protection against me. In it she included my late Aunt's condominium as a protected address. This now vacant apartment is still in probate. I had no where to live at that stage of my life. And my other sister, who is co-owner of the condo, gave me the keys and permission to live there. On the Saturday after Thanksgiving, my sister asked me to come over to look at a car and put up her Christmas decorations, as she has cancer and was too weak to do so.
Unbeknownst to me, she had also invited my brother over, who I had tried to have removed as administrator of the Will. This address is also a protected address, but my ill sister had her name taken off the order of protection, so then written in the margins was "only when petitioner is present." I know that this was entered into court.
Subsequently, my brother started an argument and told me that I could no longer stay at my Aunt's condo. He then called the police, who could not find the order of protection and told me to leave.
I then went to my Aunt's house to retrieve my belongings. The order of protection was produced my still-protected sister, who had come rushing home in order to find the order of protection. I was then arrested at my Aunt's place on the charge of violation odf an order of protection. At these two places, my protected sister was not even present when I was there.
The state of Illinois has offered me a deal: a pyschiatric evaluation (I already had several) and 18 months probation. I feel frightened about the 18 months, as my brother is mentally ill and will stop at nothing to get me in jail. I did not go to either address with malice aforethought, just to help my non-protected sister. I am being treated for anxiety/panic disorder, and this many months on probation may possibly do me terrible harm. (My sister lied to get an order of protection against me.) I am on disability, cannot afford a lawyer, and am currently being represented by a public defender. Please help, my family is persecuting, not prosecuting, me over something in my Aunt's will that they do not want me to know.

Take the deal.

Stay away from those people.

They said that if I get my ill sister's statement in writing, witnessed by a signature and a Notary Public, which I did, would it still be set to take their deal?
Once money comes into the picture...I have gotten along very well with my 4 sisters for 42 years. My insane brother rarely entered the picture, he was just a loose cannon.

set to take their deal=best to take their deal.

Sorry, I am very upset over this thing. Next Wednesday will be our 4th time in court over this. They keep changing the charges, when their previous charges fall through.
