My ex has supervised visitation with our 3 kids and I have full legal and phyical cusody. He has anger management problems which is the reason for the supervision. When he moved in with his girlfriend I was ok with her supervising until she raised her hand to me and threatened to hit me in frount of my kids. I then told her that she was not to be the supervisor any more. He would not see the kids with out her so I adjusted because I want the kids to see their dad. I told him she could supervise as long as they stayed in the public place of his choice for the duration of the visit. He then would not visit with the kids and called the cops saying I would not let him see his kids. When he finally decided to see the kids he took off with them driving them around with out car seats. I want the kids to see their dad but I want them to be safe and I do not think that will happen with his girlfriend supervising. Does anyone know if I can deny his visit tomarrow because the kids were not in car seats? I need to find out if I can require that he get a professional to supervise or if I need to take it to court. I cant stand not knowing if my kids are safe during their visit. Please help.
