2 years ago I left my sons father He and his lawyers drew up a custody agreement. At the time and my state of mind I signed the agreement, giving him primary custody. Sense then we have managed to work things out. I have been home living with the 2 of them for atleast a year and a half. Things are not working out as planned and I dont want to make the same mistakes again. I'm wondering sense i moved back home would that agreement still stand up in court. And if so how would i go about changing what i signed?
