Wage Garnishment in Nebraska

I was looking to know if you could advise if the Nebraska Law states that when garnishing wages that the creditor can not garnish from both spouses on the same bill. Please advise I need all the advise I can get. Thanks so much '

In Nebraska only the person named in the suit can have the wages garnished.
