When I was 14 when I got caught stealing from walmart. My friend told me if you were 13 they wouldn't press charges, which was true. So I told them I was 13, and gave them the wrong birth year:no: I don't remember if they asked for my ss# or not, and they didn't take my picture, just a picture of the merchandise. I was told I was no longer allowed in walmart/samclubs, but when I turned eighteen I could write a letter apologizing, and then they'd send me a paper that I would have to carry with me when I go to the store.
