I have 2 girls ages 10 and 12yrs. I have primary custody and he sees them every other weekend. he's also ordered to pay child support through the courts. My problem is, he's not consistent with paying, he has some 4 sentences from dwi's,type1 probation, type2 suspended sentence,type3 special probation(split),type4 dwi conviction, total supervision term 24 months in N.C. I'm not sure what all that means. he constantly verbally abuses me. he makes excuses a lot of times to not be able to pick the girls up. I'm sick of it all and struggling to make a living. I haven't the money anymore for an Attorney, I need to know how much trouble or can I talk to a Judge myself to move home (Oklahoma)? I won't have nearly the financial expenses because I'll be able to live in my parents home. Please help Danika Pennington

You can certainly represent yourself and motion the court that has jurisdiction over your custody case to allow you to take your children to Oklahoma.

You might get lucky and convince the judge to allow you to do so.

The deadbeat daddy probably won't fight you.

He probably won't even show up in court.

Go ahead try it and good luck.
