My bf had a warrant because he did not show up to his sentencing date me him and a couple of friends went to get gas for our truck and rode in one of theres on our way back to mine and my bf truck we pulled on the side to put gas in and he stepped out of my friends car as soon as he did a neighbor came out of nowhere and slammed my bf against the car choking him and assaulted him the neighbor was talking and blabbering some bs then four or five police officers came out of the premises arresting my bf while the neighbor kept harassing me and friends and bf also threatning us and the officers let the neighbor walk away as if he did nothing wrong is this considered legal????

I have no idea what happened. Your boyfriend can make an assault and battery complaint later. Your boyfriend could be arrested due to the outstanding warrant. I think that you should worry more about why you're still with someone who decided to blow off his criminal court date for sentencing and is now arrested. It's remarkably irresponsible and his sentence will likely be more severe than it would have been. Typically a neighbor doesn't show up at a random gas station and attack someone. There's more to this story. It doesn't sound good. The bottom line is that your boyfriend has no complaint about his arrest.

3. If your boyfriend can't protect himself against a pregnant woman and is unable to refuse to go into a house with her, then I'd say that you should be re-evaluating your relationship. If this story is to be believed, it's certainly not flattering and his problem. Better to keep it that way and determine whether he should still be your bf.
