Warrants expiring

I need to know if warrants expire in Texas. I've searched the net but am not really sure what to look for. They are simple traffic tickets not paid and skipped court. I have heard warrants here have a 7 yr statute of limitation, but I am not positive this is correct, if any at all. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

What kind of warrants are you specifically talking about? In general I find that traffic tickets will haunt you until they are taken care of and states like California have even been vigilant about pursuing claims many years later.
