Hi I Go Caught A Few Days Ago I Stole 4 Bottles Of Delsym Cough Syrup And The Manager Wrote Down My Tag, The Following Day A Pasco County Police Visited My House And Had A Hernando County Police Call, Who Is Goin To "Speak" With Me Wed In 2 Days.
What Charge Will I Get?
What Am I Likely To Get Pleading No Contest?, I Have 2 Non-Theft Priors But All Withdrawn From Adjudication
Is There Anyway To Dodge This Since They Have Made No Arrest Yet?

Since you have priors I would suspect the Judge not to go lightly on you. You need to start calling Lawyers many offer free consultations get as many as possible. I realize you gave the coutny but what state was this in?

And I Know I Have 2 Priors But I Though When They Got Withdrawn From Adjudication They Were Basicaly Aspounged From My Record
