Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft What Happens When It's Your Second Offense?

about a year ago i shoplifted and got caught but only got off with probation, its been about a year now and i got caught with stealing again, but im still in highschool but im of age to be taken seriously as an adult.
i know the worst could be 1 year in jail but do you think i could get off easy.

the court said if i didnt do anything by the time my probation for my 1st offense then my records would be dismissed..do you think there is a way that those records could send me to jail?
court date is tomorrow need advice fast.

Your confusing dimissed with erased. There will be a record of your past theft and fact you were given "a chance" with your sentence last time. This could anger Judge and result in stiffer sentence. You really need to consult an Attorney
