What sentance would someone get for conspiracy to supply drugs and has pleaded guilty? They have no previous for drugs but do have for violence and no drugs were actually found on them or in their house.

Penalties for conspiracy depend upon (1) the state in which you are being prosecuted (2) the actual statute which may be conspiracy to distribute, may be a federal or state offense, and also other factors such as prior conduct. With regard to what an actual sentence would be... that's obviously impossible for anyone to state with certainty.
