Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft What will happen to me?

I'm seventeen and got caught shoplifting here in Texas. I stole about 20 dollars worth of stuff.Its the first time this happens to me and I dont know whats coming.

Will I have to go to court? What will my fine be? Will thiis stay in my permanent record forever. Will it effect me from getting a job? What should I do if i have to go to court? or what should I say?
Also, whats a diversion program and will it help me? And whats that online shoplifting classes thing? I dont know anything about this stuff!
