Thanks for your response! I just wanted to make sure that the lender issued 1099, following the sale, would be excused in the bk if I filed after the auction. A bk attorney told me that I should consult a CPA to make sure of the timing. His thought, is that I would not own the home, technically, after the auction date, so therefore, could cause an issue with the bk umbrella. What is your thought on that?
