My jurisdiction is: WA

If I filed a motion to vacate default judgment & a declaration w/it, will that temporarily stopthe garnishment? If not, what will? Thnx

I don't know anything about the facts of your case. A motion to vacate judgment won't do anything until it is granted, at least from my knowledge. I don't know what declaration you filed and how it might impact the garnishment. Right now there is a presumption the case has been decided.
