Can I get a trademark similar to another name with similar items.. the name is a family name but it is also used in their business. Mine isn't the exact name but very similar and we have similar items, only they are for adults and mine are for babies and children. also they have a logo of the same thing.. but different in appearance. I was wondering if I need to go a different route. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
