Won Judgement, filed FIFA, where do I go now?

Wife and I rented our home for a brief time to someone while we were not living in it. She owes rent money. We won the judgment, she didn't show for her court date. I paid for a FIFA. Tried to garnish wages, but changed job counties. I think I may have located her current job and residence now. She is a realtor. What are my options?

If she is a realtor, does she own any property? This is a very challenging area for which the US does not provide adequate remedy. You can file an examination of the judgment debtor but there is no guarantee she will show either. In the past I've had to pay an investigative service (that was the easiest way) and found bank accounts and froze them. These days there aren't that many banks left and, if you know the ones in the area, you may want to get a subpoena with restraining order with the help of the county clerk.
