I work in a correctional facility as a supervisor. I have implimented several new procedures that have ruffled a few feathers. One individual is now telling others that the reason I did this was because I do not like blacks. This is not true and has no basis whatsoever. Being labled a racists can be dangerous in a correctional setting since many of my co-workers and many inmates are black. Do I have a defamation case?
