I just have a question.
I recieved a letter today from the police department of the town that i used to live in saying that i have a warrant out for my arrest and that i need to call them to settle this matter and when i did the investigator told me that i have to turn myself in. Now the situtation is that i had a bank account with my best friend, and i'm writing checks thinking that there is money in the account while my friend knew that there was no money she didn't inform me....anyway....now i have a warrant out for my arrest. Now my question is Will i be sent to jail for writing these bad checks?
