Please help!! We have our mortgage paid thru americafinacial through our investments monthly. The bank apparently sold the mortgage to another bank and the previous bank still cashed all the checks monthly. Now they say we owe over 4 months mortgage and we are in the process of our financial institution of proving other wise with paperwork. It's in review and we are getting extremely anxious! It's making us sick when we know it's been paid. Please send me any information that may help. thank you
