i was mailed a ticket for a summons to court.
i never spoke to an officer was never asked for lic, reg, insurance
i was driving slow felt faint so i pulled over on the side of the road n hit a bush and a large rock

Some people would pay the ticket.

Some people would ask if traffic school was an option.

Some people would plead not guilty and try to defend against the charges.

You'll have to decide what you will do.

It is quite normal for a person to be cited without officer contact initially.

If you plan to assert the SODDI (some other dude did it) defense, now would be the time to start gathering your proof, and asking any planned witnesses if they will testify on your behalf.

Do you have a question? If so, you should coherently explain the relevant facts, including what law you have been charged with violating (there should be a statute number on your ticket).

Does the citation you received in the mail indicate the violation you are alleged to have committed?
Are you sure it was just a bush and a rock? Could there have been other property there that you damaged?
