imagine the outside curve of 90-degree corner in a rural road setting. add to that image of the outside curve, a land holding that is shaped as a box, one corner of that "land box" slightly touches the outside curvature of that rural road corner in the apex of that corner at a tiny point. on each side of that "land box" corner (where the "land box" touches the corner, is a plot of land owned by a separate family member from the other side of land box. if one of those family members wanted to own that (center) land box, across which property would the easement be required to cross for egress/ingress? (I think this sounds simplistic, but want an educated opinion)
