Sold my car with my own bill of sale and new owner never register. Now its in towing company

Well the towing company can put a lien on the car. But you nor your brother really care because it doesn't belong to either of you anyway. Whoever you sold it to will have to straighten it out by going to the DMV and paying the taxes and fees to transfer the vehicle into his name. Then he buy it...

Sold my car with my own bill of sale and new owner never register. Now its in towing company

Your brother can respond to the tow company that he sold the vehicle as of xx date. He can aso notify the state DMV that he sold the vehicle. There is probably an online process to do that. That's about all that can be done at this point.

    Mental Health #11 - A New Beginning

So on open enrollment day we have meetings throughout the day. Last meeting slot I check the list to see who is left. Only two employees left. Great you think. Oh No. We had recently had an issue of sexual harassment between these two. So of course we had to have one on ones. Sigh.

    What do I do?

There is no way to prevent someone from being the hind end of a donkey if that's what they want to be. You could get a restraining order to keep someone 500 feet away and they can stand 501 feet away. The advice is for you to avoid conflict and avoid anything that might escalate matters with the...

You don't need to sue in small claims court. Contact the District attorney's office and they will pursue the matter. Some do a better job than others.

A letter to my ex girlfriend parents

You don't always get the answers you want. It's hard to deal with, our nature is to question why, but you just have to accept that in this case you won't get answers. I had a situation where I never got answers and now he is dead. I had to let it go. You need to let it go. Now if I counted right...

Hiring? Just kidding. I love my job and I know how much the company is kicking in towards our health care, so I can't complain about that. My DH doesn't like his job so much, but he's got great benefits.

    Texas COST OF HEALTH INSURANCE

I don't have a question. Just sharing information. My DH got a notice yesterday that his insurance deductible is increasing from $500 to $750.00 and now he is going to have to pay $53.00 per month(he was a little bit indignant) I almost fell on the floor laughing. Or he can choose a plan with a...

    Privet Car Sale in Florida

If he wants to pursue you because he maintains that you stole his property he should be filing a police report. It's possible that you violated some laws by helping yourself to the vehicle without going through the proper steps to repossess the vehicle. I strongly suspect that brother is full...

19 years and no child support, too late?

Although I think most of us would agree that your father had a moral obligation to support you financially, if your mother did not pursue it in court then he had no legal obligation. I can understand this being upsetting to you and unfortunately it happens a lot. Be thankful that your mother and...

Managers telling me to adjust medications.

They could not force you to stop your medication. That would have been your decision. Let's just say if I were to ever have a conversation with an employee about how their meds were affecting their work, I would expect them to have a consultation with their Doctor to see if something different...
