    Family member hurt from attack

Find your family member a good attorney and tell your family member you will pay $X for legal fees. You do need to understand though that people who commit acts such as your family member was victim to generally don't have any money and there is a VERY good chance that even if the family member...

Slip/Fall due to unsafe working conditions

I've seen large law firms take smaller WC cases simply because they have junior associates to work them. But I think you missed the main point of my post. It isn't hard to find a WC case for any size case via Google or any other search engine. There are firms out there, large and small, that...

Slip/Fall due to unsafe working conditions

Only if you are VERY bad at searching. If you have to escalate a case to the point you get a lawyer the fees charged by the lawyer are usually included in the settlement. And in my experience, small cases end paying something approaching reasonable hourly fees.

    Joke

A white liberal and a black guy have been walking through the desert for days with no water. They find a lone building that happens to be a bar. They walk in and the bartender asks them what they need. The black guy says, "Water" and is given a cold glass that he drinks immediately. The...

    Vacation

I may have misread the question and I don't know how their actual "normal" timeshare works out but the 14 days are allowed and as long as the additional 16 days in no way infringes on dad's time I don't see why there can't be a 30-day vacation possible.

    Vacation

Think about it. Assuming that no parent has the child for 14 days in a row normally how else would both parents get a 14-day vacation with the child if they didn't get to eat into the other parent's time. I don't know how long you have been divorced but it is arguing about this sort of stuff...

    Vacation

I believe, according to your attachment, yes. Just as he can. Both require 30 days notice. I would strongly suggest you read the document you attached to your first post.

    Vacation

I'm going to disagree with the others here. The wording of your attachment would seem to be talking about vacations that include time in excess of the parent's normal or holiday time. I don't think that is the case here. If this is his holiday and the "trip" doesn't extend into your time I...

They won't be investigated if there isn't wrongdoing. There isn't any any with the PTO issue. There is with the discrimination issue, if true. The only way they are going to be held accountable is money.

    Homicide, Murder, Manslaughter Premeditated

And what federal law did he violate? Yes, Kyle likely violated a misdemeanor IL law. But, if one of the adults there with an IL FOID card stands up and says that he was supervising Kyle that charge may go away or he could be found not guilty. The video of the altercation means nothing to...
