If you believe that getting advice from random strangers (who don't have all the facts/paperwork to review) on the internet is more productive that spending an hour or two with a local Estate Attorney...go for it. Don't be shocked when it doesn't work out. Penny wise pound foolish. ;)
On page 1 of this thread I told you this was not a legal issue. This is a personal decision that random stranger on the internet can not, and really should not, advise you on.
Do as Zig suggests. Frankly it is a bit ...surprising to me that you would seek advice from random people on the internet rather than calling the police.
Why do keep starting new threads on the same topic? You have been advised by a bunch of the volunteers here, including several attorneys, to consult with an attorney.
