    Back out of Rental/Lease agreement

Filled out what paperwork? Have her come to this thread and describe what she "filled out." Did she keep copies? Screen shots? It's critical to get accurate information from her rather than second hand information from you.

    Unpaid referral bonus

Who was that agreement with? No names. Just that person's position in the company will suffice. And is that person still with the company? And, as previously stated, was anything in writing?

Might not be worth anything depending on the circumstances. Why do you think anybody else is responsible for you slipping on ice?

    Essential documents when trustee dies

I'll give you a couple of examples that I have read on this and other legal forums on occasions over the last few decades. I recall several posts from people who received auto tax bills from Connecticut 10 or 15 years after they sold the car and long ago moved away from Connecticut. The bills...

    Essential documents when trustee dies

Keep everything. Get yourself a high speed document scanner like the Canon R40 that scans up to 40 pages, both sides. Save the files to your computer and get a separate high capacity hard drive for back up. Then shred to your heart's content. You might never have to look at that stuff but...

    NYS/NYC - Dash cam footage

A dash cam is your extra insurance policy. You can ask the officer to review it at the scene but he has no obligation to do so and probably doesn't have the time. I have read of some situations where an officer has viewed the video and issued a citation based on it. Where it really counts is...

Correct wording for Part 2 of the PCOR when transferring property out of a Trust

The trust was revoked BEFORE the property was transferred out of the trust? Yikes. Lawyer time.

What am I entitled to if tenant doesn't carry out full term of lease?

Please keep all your related questions to this thread to avoid parallel discussions. I combined your posts and deleted the other one. A landlord's duty to mitigate is addressed in 55.1-1251: https://law.lis.virginia.gov/vacode/title55.1/chapter12/section55.1-1251/ Basically, fail to...

    Duties of the Executor language

I suggest having a lawyer create the will. That provision is likely unenforceable as the tax and probate laws are likely to override it. Besides, the phrase "to the extent possible" gives the executor an out because it won't be possible to avoid liquidating estate assets to pay taxes that the...

Landlord charged me more than legal security deposit

Yes, he can just get away with it. You let him get away with it by agreeing to it. The time to resist it was before signing when you had the opportunity to walk away. Did you even point this out to the LL before signing? If so, with what results? As a practical matter, what you can do now is...

    Revocable trust, property with lien

No, the trust eliminates the need for a TOD deed, and vice versa. Nothing needs to be "worked out" with the lender. The lender has no say in the matter. Read the section that TC provided. They are getting more and more popular as states continue to enact legislation allowing them.

Wearing sports Jerseys such as NFL in videos?

Depends on the purpose of the videos. What's your purpose? And will you be trying to make money? As for imitations, they are likely already infringing.
