"Drugged"? As in he was given a drug? If so, what type of drug was he given? How did you become aware of your son being given a drug?
Or did you mean "dragged" and thrown into a bathroom?
Is your son in therapy/seeing a psychologist? It seems like he needs to learn coping skills. And, if you haven't done so, place him in a new school. Although one would hope this would have been an immediate action on your part.
Did you report this incident to Child Protective Services at the time? Please clarify "Family Service Worker? Whom does she work for? What is her job at the school? What kind of school is this ...public? private? How old was your child at the time?
I highly suggest you consult with a Criminal Defense Attorney in your area and do not discuss this with anyone but them. Do not discuss with the DA without an attorney present.
