    Credit Card Debt Lawsuit (CM2025-02)

they won't end the court matter till you have sent the final monies for the payment plan you have just agreed to. The document you just read is standard verbiage but they will not end the court stuff till they have the 77% agreed to amount from you for the bad debt. Once that is completed then...

Validation request met with subpoena ‍♀

Good luck, the quickest way to make an enemy of the court is to argue service since it is the most common argued defense but actually is hard to prove. If you have clear evidence of identity theft then focus on that, what exhibits do you have? evidence about the transaction not being yours? If...

Validation request met with subpoena ‍♀

How were you served? Did a process server get these papers to you? I would not argue service or jurisdiction. What evidence do you have that the money you owe is bogus? Did someone other than yourself charge the items? Did you benefit from the use of purchase or what did you purchase with this...

"Mutually Assured Destruction" Might be in the Near Future, Warns President Trump.

You are something else, I have multiple college degrees including advanced degrees in Business. We were in a class, which all power companies offer if you work in or for the industry. You know on going and continuing education. I will be sure to let the PEs know who was leading the class that...

"Mutually Assured Destruction" Might be in the Near Future, Warns President Trump.

If you knew what you were talking about you would be dangerous junior. I was in a power generation class with a well known power company and that is what they showed us. Maybe I should have recorded it for you. Again you do not know what you are talking about and I am sure it is not something...

"Mutually Assured Destruction" Might be in the Near Future, Warns President Trump.

Again, you do not know what you are talking about. Coal is an important process in most nuclear plants especially in America. It is an input and required in Nuclear power plants especially if you see a dam or other hydro power around a Nuclear plant which in most cases is required.

I was actually shocked as well, when I learned it so it probably wasn't fair to Welkin. It is not really known and counterintuitive to what you would think.

I work in the industry, coal is indeed used in nuclear plants, but not in the main production of energy, In America we use Green Coal in steam production (low carbon coal). I am not talking about the primary power source which is uranium. Not everything you read on the internet is correct.

This comment right here just proves how the lowest common denominator Trump voter is, the least educated and poorest among us. Which the middle class is what Trump is truly after.

It is a double edged sword, everyone wanted their products made in china, in order to exploit their low wage production means then sell their goods in western countries. The kicker is that the Paris accord ignores the worlds largest polluters such as China and South Eastern Asia. Russia has...

Rep. John James: US Manufacturing Exploited for 'Decades'

It was not NAFTA that did this, it was the UAW and they reap what they created. UAW has increased wages for all personnel, like the janitor deserves 30 bucks an hour to change out the urinal scent mats. Saltillo was created by Dodge and they took the Ram production there, it gutted St. Louis...

Anyone every filed a small claim against a car maker and how did it come out?

Yes, I can name them and it is one customer care manager in particular that makes me mad and want to sue. I took his responses personal and he deflected when it was him all along who denied the claim and continued to the deny it. Basically, said he would not do anything for me since he deemed it...

Anyone every filed a small claim against a car maker and how did it come out?

It is governed by the Magnuson Moss warranty act so I have already tried arbitration and they declined to pursue it. I am cleared to pursue my small claim and made a draft of a complaint but I am not interested in dragging their name through the mud already more than it is. Toyota is the maker...

Harvard/Harris Poll: Trump Approval Rating Skyrockets to 52%

You are baffling, I voted for Trump. I did not vote for him to hurt average hard working Americans on the whim of a Dr. Evil type who is out for his own. This is not good for the economy, and not good for America. I don't know what type of Trump Kool Aid you are drinking but a lot of people who...

Anyone every filed a small claim against a car maker and how did it come out?

Is this an actual forum that is supposed to give advice? LOL, they sell their products in my jurisdiction and operate in my state. Jurisdiction is proper and service would be too. If I sue them in small claims then it would be for the repair costs already paid out of pocket for the repairs...

Anyone every filed a small claim against a car maker and how did it come out?

What great advice I get from this forum. It truly is enlightening. I could sue them and realize that I would be victorious like have had been numerous times but I am a hobbyist mechanic with excellent tools and skills. It appears a popular upgrade is to go to a premium steering wheel from the...
