Shes means a public defender. Public defender have HUGE caseloads and will spend as little time on your case as possible. they might even work out deal with DA before talking to you! This is why I suggest you talk to several Attorneys first! During these consultations you can learn what your options are and not just take what Public defender offers. KNOW YOUR OPTIONS!! ;)
