No matter what he says, or how much he lies, once the DNA results come back, he's hung himself anyway.

If your child is threatening suicide, forget everything else. It can wait. Your child can not. Get her into a mental health professional ASAP. I would not do a single other thing including calling the police until I knew the girl was safe and had the support of a mental health professional. Having the father of her child arrested may be warranted but it is not going to help the emotional state of a suicidal child who has just given birth.
