Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft 18 yrs old and shoplifting

Diversion is likely - they don't want you in the system, and most court/DAs make every effort to keep 1st offenders out of the system.
 
Ok... so i think ive got this down... i go to the pd tell him im guilty , talk to him about diversion.. we'll discuss that and he'll try to get that approved. What if it doesnt get approved... i mean am i likely to get it approved?

(sorry i ask so many questions im just really scared about this ... im pretty stupid.)
 
Opinion are like ........ well nevermind. Our opinions have no bearing on what will really happen just guesses. If you read through this topic you already got that answer
