hi. 2nd time theft at grocries store. got taken back. make sign name and social security number. take id. take items ring up. (maybe take pictures didn't see.). paid amount owed. will get a letter of fine additional fine? what if can't pay? PLEASE HELP ASAP AND MY OTHER QUESTIONS PLEASE THANK YOU
