I would like get a ligal advice if ARC/ IATA accreditated agency can print tickets validated on another airlines ( issuing airlines ) There is no segments of issuing airline in the reservation. All pricing is auto-generated from GDS ( RESERVATION SYSTEM )

I have no idea whether or not this company is an accredited agency that can print airline tickets. Did you call up the airline directly? I'd say that is probably your safest course of action and likely to provide the best answer.
