I was caught shoplifting in 2003, when i was visiting CA. Police officer took me to the station, and they fingerprinted me. I paid fine, and took a class without a going to court. and i left the country shortly afterwards.
now i am planning to go back to US again next month. can immegration not let me in to the country? i have a 10 year visa. will this affect my visa status?
after reading many posts, i realize that i should've consulted with lawyer or professional who could helped me the better way and clear my questions that i have now. but please help me to get more clear idea before i leave to US again.
