i have a question.. one of my freinds had these checks from diifer accounts that actually had my name on it printed and i went to cash it at a safeway and they ran it and i left without my id and the cops came to my house and took me for questioning. and i got a attempted theft ticket what are the consequences?
Can you explain a little more what happened? Whose checks were they. Were they real checks or forgeries? Whose account were they drawn upon? How did you get them? How much was the amount? And what state are you in?
