can i get joint custody

That's all I can find

That appears to be a simple child support order.
It seems to say you are to pay $225 a month to the father and maintain health insurance for the child.

I think someone's either confused about what went down, or someone is lying to you.

I don't see anything about you losing your maternal rights.
I don't see any custody order being mentioned.
If you weren't married to the father, and he never established his paternity, I don't think he has legal custody.

We weren't married and we got the courts to drop the child support by saying I paid him in full

I reviewed the MO court files.
I don't see anything that says you ever lost custody.
I also see where Ricky established paternity, but nothing to show he ever legally acquired custody.

I think you need to see a lawyer.
Don't tell him.
Unless I'm missing something, he doesn't have a custody order.

I would have to go by my parents house to get the info. Unless I have it in my purse I'll have to go look it was at hillsboro/ Jefferson county missouri

I think in Jan 22 2013

If it was that case, here's the judgment:

Date: 01/22/2013 Description: Judgment Entered Against: DYKE
Amount of Judgment: see text Date of Satisfaction: not yet on file
Text: RES IS TO PAY CS OF $255.00/MO/1CH AND PROVIDE HEALTH INS

That's just an order for you to pay child support.
I don't see him ever being awarded custody.
I don't see you ever losing your maternal rights.

RES is respondent.

You were the respondent.
You have a great case.
You defaulted not because it was your fault.
The DOC refused to see to it you were at that hearing.
If I were you, I'd not marry that guy.
Something's fishy.
You're being screwed.

No his mother puts shit in his head she has nothing

Someone has lied to you.
Go to the courthouse tomorrow.
Call your parents, visit your parents and get all the papers you have about the so called custody order.
Let me know when you have them, and post the case number.
So far all I'm finding is nothing related to anyone ever obtaining LEGAL custody of your baby.
