And that is out of date. As already indicated above, laws can and do change. Georgia was the last remaining state that would allow a "pregnancy exception" and they changed their law so that they will no longer do so nearly two years ago. Evidently some websites did not update. However, I talked to a pregnant teenager, in Georgia, only a few weeks ago on another board, and she confirmed that when she called the state looking to get married under that exception, the state refused to issue her a license stating that they would no longer marry even a pregnant teen without parental consent.
