Aug 19, 2009 #1 R rosecali New Member My tenant's lease ends on Feb 28, 2010, and I don't want to renew it. According to California law, I think we need to give her 60 days to move out. But is can I just send her a letter to let her know that we she needs to move out in 60 days?
