No he is great. I highly doubt someone is hacking me.

If you're being hacked, don't be surprised to learn that you were hacked by one or more of the federal government INITIAL agencies. They're very good at hacking and snooping. For all you know, anyone of them could be reading this thread.

By the way, do the terms of your bail bond or PR release mandate that you stay off the internet and avoid using electronic devices?

Most criminal defendants accused of crimes related to child pornography and the like often prohibit internet usage. If that's true in your case, I suggest you make tracks and heed the conditions attendant to your release from custody.

No. I'm OK to have phone/computer etc.
My case is not CP.
The subpoena was for my old stuff.
The investigation is officially over. Unless they lied to my lawyer. We are in discovery phase.

My lawyer said they are not hacking me and it's OK to be on phone etc.

I guess I will move on. I don't want to write anymore in a thread.
